Patients who complete initial encounter form may be candidate to have
COST FREE review of radiologist signed Imaging reports (Xrays and or MRIs performed within the last year) to see if you are a candidate for REGENERATIVE TREATMENTS that we offer.
Patients without radiologist signed Imaging reports can schedule in person consultation with Louis Re MD in his office to arrange those. Insurance reimbursement for visit and imaging only applies to Insurance plans that are accepted.
